En este disco hermoso, dos de los mejores guitarristas de jazz de los últimos treinta años, John Scofield y Pat Metheny, se unen al bajista Steve Swallow y el baterista Bill Stewart para interpretar once composiciones propias, dando como resultado una experiencia bellísima. Llenos de energía, incluso en los momentos más calmos, Scofield y Metheny consiguen eso que siempre se busca y pocas veces se consigue en esta clase de discos: potenciarse, sumar estilos, para que el resultado sea tanto o más interesante que en sus álbumes solistas. Setenta minutos de fuerza, delicadeza, buen gusto y criterio instrumental. I Can See Your House From Here es uno de mis discos de jazz favoritos de los 90s.
